The ‘Mission Impossible’ Of Balancing Culture With Hair Care

Have we learned nothing from this summer’s block busters—Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Barbie and Oppenheimer—other than how box offices can still swell when the right film is released at the right time? From movie goers once again crushing on Tom Cruise (and yes, him still sporting perfectly coiffed hair even when executing high-flying stunts) and learning that something called “Barbie bangs” (a choppy fringe just reaching the eyebrows forming a curtain of bangs) are predicted to be the new hit style post summer, we only hope our clients got through the New Jersey dog days (still upon us as of this writing) with CTR units, hair extensions and lace wigs looking as good as always.

At the heart of Guci Image is our symbiotic relationship with our hair wearers. Open and honest opinions of what style, color and cut work best for each client are taken as primary over cultural considerations of what Barbie might look like. Ever since the creation of our New Jersey hair restoration/hair replacement salon, we have as much existed within the fashions of the time, knowing still that how we restore the confidence (and yes, the hair) of our clients must be foremost in what we do.

This is an ethos you have read here often

Whether one is ‘wearing’ their natural hair or not, we have all come to realize that hair replacement, hair restoration, hair growing, halting hair thinning, are part and parcel of modern culture. The various ways we help our clients with these processes are what we test, apply and improve upon every day. Even while Ethan Hunt and Barbie go about their day and we watch and enjoy them, Guci Image and our clients need to stay “rooted” (if you allow the pun) in boosting their personal box office value, as calculated by how great Guci Image hair looks.
