It’s almost impossible to ignore modern music videos ‘dropping’ into our lives. Fans of rap, rock, R&B, you name it, these clips show across YouTube with ever-increasing frequency and gain brushfire-like popularity. The latest is Megan Thee Stallion’s “Body.”

Enlisting Cardi B’s “WAP” ‘s director Colin Tilley for “Body,” with a lyric certainly centering around the same idea of female-empowerment, there is no denying the power of this video…as well as its fantastically supremely sexy nature. But if one gets beyond the naughty haute couture (lots of booty-baring latex) and the guest stars here, Jordyn Woods, Blac Chyna, and actress Taraji P. Henson, to name but a few, it is worth noting the fantastic hair styling seen in this new clip.
There is the aforementioned Ms. Henson’s sleek, long red hair and Megan’s long deep black smooth locks. The star also wears two tight parallel top buns about halfway into the clip (there are a dizzying amount of changes seen across this short clip), and long high set ponytails and loose frizzly curls are featured on other guests.
It’s a dazzling modern display of video artistry and style.
